Getting There

West Clear Creek Day Use Area is on the eastern outskirts of Camp Verde. While traveling south on I-17, take exit 287 onto AZ-260. Continue on AZ-260 through the traffic circle for 8.4 miles, then take a left on Forest Service Road 626. Continue for 0.7 miles and arrive at the parking area.

Campground is first come first serve (group site require reservation) and requires a fee. A parking area is located beyond the campground and is free.
