Sycamore Park is a community parked managed by Yavapai County located in Lake Montezuma, AZ. Situated on Wet Beaver Creek, Sycamore Park provides people of the area quick access to nature while also providing parents a place to bring their children to play.

What You'll See

Sycamore Park provides local families with quick access to nature. Sitting on the bank of Wet Beaver Creek, visitors have the opportunity to observe a variety of bird species and other wildlife species that utilize the creek. They’ll also be able to observe the unique riverside habitat of the Verde Valley.

Getting There

While traveling south on I-17, take exit 293 toward McGuireville/Montezuma Well. Turn left onto County Road 77 and continue for 2 miles then continue on North Montezuma Ave for 0.4 mi. Keep right on N Montezuma Ave and continue for 0.2 mi then take a left on E Beaver Vista Road. The park will be on the left.
